Intermat OptiX provides a comprehensive assessment and client-customized architecture for all aspects of the MRO supply chain, including strategic sourcing, procurement, critical spares identification, stocking strategies, information technology utilization, vendor-managed inventory, consignment, employee skills, inventory optimization (order point and order quantity determination), and storeroom management.
